If you came up to me at the start of WPPI in 2008 and asked me if I did predesign, I would have looked confused and then laughed. I think too many photographers fall into the same situation we were currently in. Giving our couples the upper-hand in planning their album layout timeline. Learning a lot in Las Vegas that year, I came home full of energy (as many of us do). I was prepared to make changes. Predesign would be a reality.

I met with a couple about their album today. When talking about their cover design, the option of the photo front cover Queensberry offers was definitely the way they were going. When we were deciding on cover material, we started to talk about color options for the image itself. When the groom suggested just the roses be in color, I had to stop him right there. I cannot stress enough how important the getting ready details are for a bride. So much time and effort went into the bride choosing the flowers for the bouquet, the shoes, the perfect hairpiece. The little things are the ones that will bring back a ton of memories.
