We had a friend in from out of town over the holiday weekend. There was lots of pie eating and good times to be had. On Saturday, we all attended a party out in the boonies which ended with a great fireworks display! What a perfect opportunity to play with some fun apertures on the Lensbaby, and just experiment in general. We got some great ones with the star aperture (just for you, America!), and a few with the custom made (by yours truly)Break Even aperture. And then just a few with a standard aperture. While they aren’t trademark Lensbaby style images (we were going to play with the plastic lens Sunday but were far too tired for more fireworks), It was still fun shooting fireworks 100% manually and tripod-free no less!
